A private elevator takes you directly to L’Étage, a 100 m² space with a beautiful 30 m² terrace — perfect for an authentic, exclusive, and customizable experience.

The second space, La Loggia, offers 45 m² in soft, colorful tones that open onto a charming tree-lined terrace. Its discreet and comfortable atmosphere makes it an ideal venue for meetings and team days of up to 10 guests.
