Located on Rue La Boétie, in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, L’Annexe is one of three bookable spaces within La Villa des Champs.

Just steps from the Champs-Élysées, this exceptional address is tucked away in a quiet Parisian courtyard, shielded from prying eyes.

Bright and inviting, this 90 m² space opens onto a paved, landscaped courtyard. Recognizable by its soft tones, dried flower chandelier, and skylight, L’Annexe offers an authentic and warm atmosphere.

La Villa des Champs is the ideal venue for an “urban green” seminar in the heart of Paris. Comprising La Résidence, Le Pavillon, and L’Annexe, it adapts seamlessly to your needs for conferences, meetings, brand events, product launches, or press days for up to 150 guests.

On the villa’s ground floor, L’Annexe is a comfortable and private space accommodating up to 40 guests in a conference setup and 20 in boardroom style.
