An exceptional address at the foot of the Champs-Élysées, tucked away in a quiet Parisian courtyard, shielded from prying eyes and the city’s hustle.

La Résidence is a unique 115 m² space, including a 10 m² courtyard, distinguished by its colorful décor, Majorelle blue walls, and a ceiling punctuated with multiple skylights, creating a singular atmosphere.

La Villa des Champs is the perfect venue for an “urban green” seminar in the heart of Paris. Comprising La Résidence, Le Pavillon, and L’Annexe, it adapts seamlessly to your needs for conferences, meetings, brand events, product launches, or press days for up to 150 guests.

On the villa’s first floor, La Résidence is a comfortable and private space accommodating up to 40 guests in a conference setup and 30 in cabaret style.
