KEEZE, the young brand founded by Shaun Nelson and Emilie Roblot in 2017, is continuing its development with the opening of a new exceptional 230m2 space, entirely dedicated to the event needs of businesses.
Located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, this place, nestled on the 6th and last floor of a 1972 building, is the result of an elevation project led by the Atelier Quinze Vingts agency in 2019.

Entirely glazed, it dominates the landscape of the roofs of Paris, offering several axes of view of the capital thanks to its large glass facades to the north and south. Its terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Sacré-Coeur.
“At KEEZE, we are always looking for new addresses to complete our portfolio of exceptional locations. We are looking for iconic spaces that cause a real “wow” effect on our customers when they discover them, exactly what we felt when we visited KEEZE Liège Saint-Lazare for the first time.” says Shaun Nelson, CEO and founder of KEEZE. “We were also seduced by the elevation project based on wooden architecture, aimed at saving resources while offering a breathtaking view of the roofs and monuments of Paris. The combination of this innovative architecture and this panoramic view contribute to making the space exceptional and has aroused our desire to unveil its full potential.”

Shaun Nelson continues:”The place benefits from an ideal location, in the immediate vicinity of the train station and the Saint-Lazare business district. All these elements allowed us to consider a wide variety of events for our clients, ranging from offsite meetings to product launches, or privatizations for brands during key periods such as Fashion Week and Design Week.“
A NEW MODULAR AND INSPIRING SPACE
KEEZE Liège Saint-Lazare was designed to allow an optimal mix of uses. Ideal for organizing meetings and seminars, the space can accommodate up to 75 people seated in conference format and up to 100 people in cocktail format. It also offers a perfect setting for photo shoots, video shoots, and can be reinvented endlessly to host the most beautiful brand events such as product launches, press days or showrooms.
Designed as a real place to live, the space opens onto a 66m² dining area with a furnished terrace. In this atypical space, the signature of the KEEZE concept, customers are invited to serve themselves a coffee, to share a friendly moment as a team, to discuss around a cocktail or to sit comfortably in one of the designer armchairs.

The KEEZE design team imagined a custom bar composed of two Corian islands and wooden shelves that highlight the ceiling height, providing space and lightness to the room. A colored phone box is also accessible from this space to isolate yourself if necessary.
Emilie Roblot, co-founder and Development Director, explains : “We have integrated custom shelves that highlight the ceiling height and highlight the rhythm of the structure. The game about differences in levels and volumes adds an extra dimension to the space. The wood, used to structure the bar, highlights the light tones and brings a welcoming warmth to the whole.”
Customers are then invited to discover the large meeting space by crossing an archway worked with lime and decorated with acoustic facings, a solution that is both aesthetic and functional. The visual signature of this new address, this arch takes up the curved shapes of the space and deliberately modifies the linear framework of the building's structure.

Depending on the needs of customers, this large room can be rented empty or converted into a meeting space with all the necessary equipment: comfortable chairs, tables arranged according to the desired configuration, and dedicated technology (HD screen, microphone, sound system).
A lounge area suitable for workshops and informal exchanges also completes the space, as well as a carefully decorated terrace, a real asset of the place.

“The complexity of the exercise was to create an environment with a strong identity, but which could be erased in a few minutes if necessary. This allows us to reinvent uses endlessly and to offer a great modularity of space. [...] We designed the arch to offer both depth and aesthetics, allowing for a smooth and harmonious transition between the various spaces. Our layouts, which are both efficient, minimalist but unique, reflect Keeze's distinctive codes.” says Emilie Roblot, co-founder and Development Director.

Finally, at the back of the space is a colorful meeting room that can accommodate up to six people. Enclosed by a glass partition, this room lets the eye and the light circulate, creating a fun and artistic effect similar to that of a veranda.
RESPONSIBLE DESIGN AT THE SERVICE OF THE EXPERIENCE
“At KEEZE, we make it a point of honor to integrate second-hand elements and to collaborate with small creators who are starting up. Approximately 50% of our decoration and furniture purchases come from second hand, a goal that we set and measure at the end of each project. We also work in a short circuit with carpenters and various trades, avoiding large general contractors to favor local artisans. We buy all of our materials and continue to source more and more French designers.
To decorate this space, we picked up books at Boulinier in Bonne Nouvelle, which only sells used books. We have also selected decorative objects, such as vases, at Selency, an online flea market platform. In Liège, the chairs are an example of our commitment to the local and sustainable: they come from Chair chair and were reupholstered by a craftsman from the 2nd arrondissement in Bourse. These efforts reflect our desire to create environments that are unique, aesthetic and responsible.” Emilie Roblot tells us.

On the design side, we also find carefully selected pieces that each have a privileged place in space: vintage Maison Jeudi fireplaces, Straw Zigzag lamp designed by the French designer Julie Lansom, Axel Chay green metallic stool, Axel Chay, recycled and recyclable Gigi lamps, each with a privileged place in space, each with a privileged place in space: each has a privileged place in the space: vintage Maison Jeudi fireplaces, or the Margot Keller edition produced by La Chaise Française tailored to the comfort of KEEZE customers.
A COMPLETELY PRIVATE SPACE AND A TAILOR-MADE EXPERIENCE
At KEEZE, each reservation is synonymous with total exclusivity, with full customer care from the beginning to the end of their event. From the configuration and layout of the space to the management of caterers and gourmet breaks, to afterworks, the KEEZE team is committed to offering tailor-made support to make each event unforgettable and unique.

Finally, since March 2022, KEEZE has been offering its own breakfasts, desserts and pastries with the Nolia brand. Inspired by Natural Pastry, Nolia prepares its sweet recipes in its production workshop in the 15th arrondissement of Paris using local products and according to the rhythm of the seasons.
